Is a nonprofit organization providing services to children when there are allegations of sexual or severe physical abuse. The Nashville Children’s Alliance is a unique partnership with the Office of the District Attorney General, the Department of Children’s Services and the Metropolitan Police Department working together for the detection, investigation, prosecution and treatment of child abuse. The Nashville Children’s Alliance was started in 1992 by a dedicated group of community professionals and volunteers who believed that children deserved a coordinated approach by the professionals working on these difficult cases.
