The Memorial Wall of Tears (TM) will tour the United States raising the awareness of child cruelty and change laws. The Memorial Wall of Tears (TM) lists names of children killed by their caregivers. During the last 76 months, over 4328 (=56.9 per mont=1.9 per day) American Soldiers were killed in the Iraq war. During that same period, over 11,096 American children (146 per month=4.8 per day) were killed by their caregivers.
