Cause Description:
We fought the school district at due process and lost the reibursement part. We have to return him to the district in September 09. He got such a wonderful education and made huge progress at the private placement. It is 7,000 a month-we have gone through everything, borrowed money, lost my job, and has been a huge upheaval for my family. I drove my child back and forth to the school -an hour each way, every day. the laws ned to change-we presented a tight case. The hearing officer heard what she wanted to hear.
