Cause Description:
The Elephant Club is Maryland's largest and most influential Republican Club. We host a number of political and social events during the year featuring the most informative and entertaining guest speakers available. We also host a continuing Thursday Morning Breakfast which features speakers such as Congressman Bobby Ehrlich, Calvert Institute President Doug Munro and Dr. Robert Moffit of The Heritage Foundation. Along with these weekly sessions, we seek to educate the voting public on important issues of the day by publishing a monthly newsletter covering topics such as tax and education reform, U.S. domestic and foreign policy,and local issues of interest such as economic development and zoning. We strongly advocate citizen involvement in the political process and government.
