Come before Winter, Inc. is a non-profit organization, licensed by the state of Texas to renew, equip, honor and unite women in ministry around the world. To date, we have served over 500 women from over 50 countries on six continents. As a part of our mission, we regularly host two international conferences annually in addition to any stateside events or teaching seminars. Come before Winter team members and their supporters cover all costs for these events, including lodging, meals, and materials. Participants only pay for their travel to and from the event.
