To provide a safe and loving forever home for unwanted dogs. -To improve the health and well-being of the voiceless members of our community. -To educate pet owners on how to deal with any problems that may arise with being a pet owner. -To promote spay/neuter of animals by requiring all pets in the home to be altered prior to adoption. -To assist in changing laws that allow the abuse of companion animals.
