Cause Description:
The Rychard-Ryan Foundation (RRF) is a technology based non-profit organization founded in 1996. The RRF was formed in conjunction with M-Ryan Advanced Technologies, LLC. www.m-ryan.com, as the philanthropic arm of this technical relationship. Its principal mission was to help improve the quality of life for disadvantaged and low income youth. Since its inception that mission statement has been expanded to include single parents, persons wanting to transition from non-technical careers toward technical opportunities and other at-risk populations such as the homeless and persons transitioning from public assistance programs. Our philanthropic procedure aims to be different. The Rychard-Ryan Foundation's primary objective will be focused on "social return on investment". Our programs will teach each individual participant how to ultimately create their own economic base. Our goal is to train the adult and youth participants before they become the virtually unemployable.
