Cause Description:
ARF provides high-quality, affordable spay and neuter surgeries as the non-lethal solution to pet over-population. Trap, neuter, vaccinate and adopt animals out to qualified, loving families whenever possible. Assist rescuers, low-income families and elderly with spay/neutering. On May 27, 2008 ARF opened a spay/neuter clinic that will perform a minimum of 5,000 low cost-surgeries per year which will help reduce the euthanasia rates which are currently up 75%.
