OARS is a no-kill, volunteer-directed, private-admission animal rescue dedicated to providing quality care to the animals that enter our care. We service the East Central Wisconsin area, and are dedicated to partnering with other animal groups to provide adoptable pets with another chance at finding a forever home. Cats enjoy a cage-free room complete with plenty of windows - ideal for bird watching!- and dogs live with foster volunteers. OARS changes lives, one life at a time. Spaying and neutering of all pets prior to adoption is part of our mission as is providing education on the responsibilities of pet ownership.
