Cause Description:
The CHILL mission is to implement an incentive program to get weapons off the streets of our communities, increasing the safety in our neighborhoods through positive outlets such as entertainment and the arts. Crime and violence are extremely prevalent in society today in communities across the country and around the world. Thousands of families have suffered the loss of a loved one due to tragic gun and weapon violence. Having lost countless friends and family members, we know first hand how painful gun violence really is. Military veterans and senior citizens are being targeted also and it is obvious that a monumental program needs to be set in place to stop these senseless murders. It is time for all of our communities to please C.H.I.L.L! The main focus and purpose for having concerts and events is to raise funds to get bullets and weapons off the streets. As a token of appreciation for residents in each city supporting their favorite artists during C.H.I.L.L. events, C.H.I.L.L. will donate a portion of all proceeds to help broaden or strengthen sports, music and liberal arts programs in need of assistance in Milwaukee Wisconsin and in other cities across the country. Our complete mission is to help save innocent lives, boost enrollment and graduation numbers in schools in our own back yard and other schools across the country.
