It's My Heart, Inc. Advocates and Supports those affected by Congenital & Aquired Heart Defects. We offer many Hospital Programs which are utilized in Hospitals all over the Country. We have many other initiatives and programs that incorporate involvement of the entire Family and not just the patient, as this Disease literally affects the entire family. From pre-natal to adulthood we provide many educational, emotional and recreational opportunities to Learn, Live, Cope.
