The Lions Blind Center - Oakland is rehabilitation facility dedicated to the full integration into society of individuals who are blind and visually impaired. The Center offers high quality, accredited programs to meet the needs of clients experiencing vision loss within the greater East Bay region. Our curricula encompass training in Orientation and Mobility, Daily Living Skills, Occupational Skills Training and Adaptive Technology. In addition, the Center offers a range of Life Enrichment Activities Courses including Yoga, Low-Impact Exercise,Public Affairs Forum, Sewing Class, Arts and Crafts, Spanish, Toastmasters Club, and a range of support groups.
