Cause Description:
The mission of the East African Children's Organization is to construct, fund, supply and manage secondary schools in rural areas of Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. These schools will provide a well-rounded education that will meet or exceed the academic and cultural standards of the localities in which they are situated. We further set out to establish community centers that will work in conjunction with our schools. These community centers will be a source of fresh water, food, medical and rehabilitative care. The centers will also provide an assembly space for peoples of the surrounding area for non-sectarian, interfaith worship or for meetings.
