The McLeod Foundation raises funds to support many new and ongoing programs and services for the McLeod Children's Hospital. The Children's Hospital of McLeod Regional Medical Center provides the highest level of pediatric care and technology available in the region. McLeod Children's Hospital has a 40 bed NICU and a 6 bed PICU which provides care to critically ill infants and children from northeastern South Carolina and southeastern North Carolina. Last year more than 26,000 children received needed care from McLeod Children's Hospital including inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitative services.
