The Family Advocacy Network provides peer support, parent education, and advocacy skills to families of children with behavioral, emotional, or other mental health issues. FAN services are free and voluntary to any parent willing to participate. Monthly support groups, information seminars, a program-based memtor project, and assistance in navigating social service systems are offered by two Family Advocates. FAN is a program of the Mental Health Association in Orange County (NC)
