Inadequate prenatal health care is well known to be one of the greatest contributors to the increased rate of infant mortality. 1, 2, 3... Hi Baby!, Inc. (1, 2, 3& Hi Baby) is dedicated to reducing the incidence of infant mortality of the Pine Ridge Reservation by promoting adequate prenatal health care and providing childbirth education in venues that are accessible to any woman residing within the boundaries of the Pine Ridge Reservation. Our primary goal is to raise money to increase childbirth classes through out all nine districts of the Pine Ridge Reservation, increase the number of targeted case managed clients, and heighten Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) awareness and prevention.
