Cause Description:
Shattuck Middle School has about 1,000 students in grades six through eight. In addition to core academic programs, students also have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in such encore areas as: music, art, computer technology, foreign language, family and consumer education, health, physical education, and technology education. Appropriate programs are also provided to meet the special learning needs, abilities, and interests of our students. Shattuck students participate in a wide variety of extracurricular, social, and community service activities throughout the school year. These activities enable students to become active members of our school and community and develop knowledge and skills that enhance their development as young adult learners.
