International Children's Care (ICC) has been providing care for orphaned and abaonded children for nearly 30 years. ICC provides care for these children in specially designed care centers called children's villages. The children are placed within family homes with 10-12 other children. This becomse their permanent home and they learn the vital lessons of life and how to become a contributing member of society.
