The Alzheimer's Association is the premier source of information and support for people challenged with Alzheimer’s disease in the seventeen counties we serve. Funds raised support a broad spectrum of programs and services for people with the disease, their families and caregivers, such as support groups, family education workshops, professional caregiver training programs, a resource library, educational materials, events for families and the public. The Association also represents their interests on Alzheimer’s-related issues before federal, state, and local government and with health and long-term care providers. It is also the largest private funder of Alzheimer’s research.
