Cause Description:
The S.P.C.A. of Polk County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation dedicated to working with the community and with other rescue organizations to transform the Polk County of Texas and County shelter systems into "no-kill" systems. While we work on that larger problem, we also rescue as many young, adoptable pets as we can handle and place them in permanent, loving homes. We assist as many low income families with spay/neuter as we have funds for.
