The Chemung County S.N.A.P. Committee has partnered with Shelter Outreach Services (S.O.S.) to provide affordable spay/neuter and vaccination services for the companion animals in our community. The Mission of SNAP/SOS: To improve the quality of life and decrease suffering for companion animals by stemming overpopulation through spay/neuter and providing veterinary care to animals in need. Pet overpopulation and animal homelessness is a community responsibility.
