AMERICAN FREEDOGS is an organization with very big plans. AFD strives to be a powerful force in the struggle against society's trend towards the destruction of the so-called "dangerous breeds" through "breed-specific legislation." If AFD is successful in its efforts to raise funds through private donations and its content-based Web Site, the organization will be in a position to achieve its ultimate goal: the rescue, protection, and sheltering of canines that have been forced from their homes by government legislation, court rulings, or other unfortunate societal complications.
