The Community Health Center provides health and human services to community residents, regardless of their ability to pay. We provide two no-cost medical clinics in Vermont's largest city to provide access to health and dental care for men, women, children and teens experiencing homelessness. CHCB serves over 11,000 Vermonters in need each year, helping to support stronger families, good health and independence.
