We rescue and shelter unwanted ferrets. Ferret Shelter Northwest specializes in unadoptable ferrets (i.e., too old, with medical conditions, or abused), thus derive no income from adoption fees. We also provide educational support for novice ferret owners, and take in ferrets from other animal rescue agencies. We have even been called upon on numerous occasions to deal with feral mink.
