Oya no kai is a non-profit organization which provides cultural support to Portland Public School's Japanese Magnet Program. This is a K-12 partial japanese language immersion in Portland, Oregon. We help to financially support japansese teaching interns for each japanese teacher, especially in K-5. We also sponsor trips to japan in the 5th and 8th grades so our students can experience the culture they have been studying in.
