Friends of Wye Mill, Inc. a volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring and maintaining one of the country's oldest working grist mills, The Old Wye Mill, c. 1682. Every year, the mill welcomes hundreds of students, parents, teachers, seniors, millers, engineers, travelers and history buffs! We hope you like what you see and hope you will consider joining us in continuing to preserve this important part of history. We "keep our nose to the grindstones" and keep grist milling alive by offering live demonstrations every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, April through November. We also sell the organic flour we make. Admission is a $2 suggested donation.
