Frontier Performing Arts Association. A non-profit org located in Dallas, TX. The group is headed by Executive Director, Christopher Green, and managed by a board of directors. Currently, the group runs numerous performing units. FRONTIER DRUM & BUGLE CORPS Frontier's senior/all-ages unit is a competitive drum and bugle corps with up to 128 members age 14 or older--there is no upper age limit. THE OUTLAWS Frontier's MiniCorps unit, called The Outlaws is an exhibition drum and bugle corps unit that is all-ages and performs in multiple configurations and venues from field productions and standstills, to stage productions and corporate events. FRONTIER DeGUELLO Frontier Degüello is a group of ensembles made up of members from within the Frontier Performing Arts Association and gives performances year-round. A majority of appearances made by Degüello are paid gigs, events, festivals and exhibitions. Degüello comes in various flavors including but not limited to: Soloists, Duets, Small Ensembles, Section Ensembles, Mixed Ensembles, Stage Productions, Standstills, etc. These groups of ensembles are always available for any event. Whatever the needs are or what the venue is, Frontier Degüello has a group that will entertain. OPEN RANGE A small brass ensemble which performs in multiple settings such as weddings, store openings, parades, multimedia events, and other hired events. FPAA is looking to expand our ensembles to include a small choral ensemble (likely a men's chorus) and The Frontier Cadets, a program launching in the Fall of 2005 for youth ages 8-13 years of age. The Frontier Cadets will be an educational and developmental ensemble and will perform in local events as well as with the Frontier Drum & Bugle Corps.
