Cause Description:
Arcadia Bird Sanctuary rose from the ashes of the attack on the World Trade Center when we were asked to take in birds left homeless by the attack. We provide sanctuary for unwanted, abused and neglected birds and provide educational presentations to help people understand the commitment they make when they accept a parrot into their home.
