Cause Description:
Oregon Public Networking (OPN) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) since 1994 and supports the community in its technology needs through: • Education— offered through the Community Technology Center (CTC) in the efn/OPN office downtown, community classrooms, and multiple partnerships within the community. • Internet Access—made available in multiple public access sites; dial-up and DSL accounts (including low-income access) through efn.org. • Nonprofit Support Services— made available through multiple partnerships within the community and open-source software reducing design and upkeep costs. • Non-English Community Outreach—supporting all languages available in our Community Technology Center, and the Latino community through partnerships, bi-lingual web sites, and training.
