Cause Description:
The mission and purpose of CASA-EP is to ensure that the needs of abused and neglected children in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia are adequately identified and met, and that they are placed in safe and permanent homes as quickly as possible. To that end, we recruit and train community volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates for children.
