The primary purpose of Morgan’s Buddies - Tidewater Chapter of FightSMA is to raise awareness and research dollars for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The affairs and activities of Morgan’s Buddies – Tidewater Chapter of FightSMA (the “Corporation”) shall be carried out at all times for the purposes and in accordance with the terms set forth in its Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws, and in conformity with all applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) affecting nonprofit organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. Morgan’s Buddies – Tidewater Chapter of FightSMA is a division of FightSMA / Andrew's Buddies Corporation.
