Cause Description:
Dog Pack Rescue Inc. a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization dedicated to the rescue of adoptable companion dogs in order to prevent needless euthanasia of these healthy animals. We believe that dogs, as living creatures, are entitled to a quality life with respect and compassion. Inasmuch as humans are responsible for having domesticated pets, we have a moral and ethical obligation to care for the dogs, especially those we have domesticated who are abandoned, unwanted, or otherwise in need. We want to instill in our community an awareness of all the dogs whose lives we share, to promote and encourage responsible dog ownership and to stress the importance of spaying/neutering of all companion dogs. The goal of Dog Pack Rescue is to create a refuge for animals while providing a home until the animals are adopted.
