Incoporated in 1995 as Revival! Downtown, Heart of the City has evolved into an influential housing agency in Buffalo and is currently driven to revitalize of a block of homes in danger of losing total stability on the Lower West Side of Buffalo. This block is surrounded by more stable neighborhoods, making its rebirth that much more essential.
