Guardian Angels Cat Rescue & Adoption Shelter is a no-kill 501(c)3, all volunteer, cat Shelter. GACR's mission is to match adoptable cats and kittens with quality forever homes, educate the public about the need for spay and neuter of all companion animals, provide spay and neuter assistance when possible and to assist families and individuals with sick or injured cats when financially possible. The Shelter, its inhabitants and its programs depend entirely upon public donation.
