Bagpipe band for boys & girls up to age 18. Purpose is to build a foundation of lifelong interest & appreciation of bagpipe band music through a quality program of instruction for youth pipers & drummers. Related objectives are to offer opportunity for a first-rate band musical experience to as many young people as possible and to help each boy & girl reach his or her optimum skill level.
