LAPAW (Lake Area Partnerships for Animal Welfare) works (by fund-raising projects) to provide a SECOND CHANCE for homeless, orphaned, abused/neglected animals. Funds are used to provide medical care/treatment for homeless animals to make them adoptable. LAPAW also works to build strong fostering and spay/neuter programs in the community.
