Cause Description:
The United States Spccer Foundation is committed to growing the sport of soccer through proactive initiatives such as public-private partnerships to build more soccer fields, grant assistance to help foster stronger coaching education programs, and unilateral support for after-school soccer, literacy and leadership programs for public elementary school students nationwide. The mission of the Foundation is To enhance, assist and grow the sport of soccer. Our Priorities · To support the long-term development of the sport to the highest level. · To foster programs which provide health, physical fitness and educational opportunities through soccer. · To promote participation of players and coaches who are economically, physically and mentally disadvantaged. · To support soccer programs where none previously existed. · To support gender equity through the sport, and · To support the construction of fields and soccer-specific infrastructure.
