Hope Medical Clinic & Counseling Services assists individuals and families that do not have private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid which cover health care and or mental health services. Qualified participants must be below 200% of poverty level. Services provided include primary health care services, prevention & education programs, chronic disease management,presciption assistance, social services, family therapy, marital therapy, and individual therapy services. All services provided at HMC are provided by dedicated volunteers. HMC depends on generous donations of time,and money to help serve their community.
