Our mission at Almost Home Kids is to enhance the lives of children facing serious and ongoing medical challenges. Almost Home Kids cares for all children with special health care needs. Services include Transition and Respite Care for children who are medically fragile from birth to age 22. Children who are medically fragile are typically dependent on technology such as a tracheostomy (breathing tube) or a gastrostomy (tube in stomach for nourishment).
