My name is Dominique i'm 3 months old. I have a lot of medical problems and need many things that my mother can not afford. So I'm asking anyone who is able and willing to help me. These are just some of the things i have beed diagnosed with so far: Gastroesphical Reflux disease, Slow Emptying Stomach, Slow Moving Bowels, 3 Differant Heart Problems, Conductive Hearing Loss, Ptotic Kidney, Failure To Thrive,and I Have Been Tested On Many Other Things We Are Just Waiting For Tests To Come Back....So As You Can See I Really Need Help! Will You Help Me?
