Cause Description:
34 Million Friends of UNFPA is a way for many people to do a little to have a lot of impact for women's health -- family planning, safe deliveries, pre natal care and HIV/AIDS prevention -- in the developing world. It was begun after the US Administration withheld monies appropriated by Congress for these program -- and a grassroots effort to try and get 34 million people to give at least $1 to help provide these needed services in the poorest countries of the world.
