Bloomington Pets Alive is a nonprofit high quality/high volume spay/neuter and vaccination clinic dedicated to ending the everyday cruelty of destroying homeless cats and dogs in order to control their population. We believe that no unwanted litters of puppies and kittens should be created just because a guardian cannot afford to fix their pet. All of our surgery fees are subsidized through donor contributions.
