The Huntingdon County Humane Society, is a 501 (c) 3 open-admissions shelter. Our shelter takes in stray, abused, abandoned and surrendered dogs and cats from Huntingdon and Mifflin Counties. We are dedicated to the welfare of animals, provide effective means for the prevention of animal cruelty and educate the public about spay/neuter options and humane treatment of animals.
