Boxer Angels Rescue. BAR is a 501c3 non-profit corporation, therefore, all donations are tax deductible. BAR was formed in the summer of 2002 by volunteers devoted to Boxers in need. We rescue and place Boxers in the Northeast. We do not have a boarding facility, but utilize a foster home system, where Boxers who are brought into our rescue are placed while awaiting their "forever" homes. The majority of our volunteers are located in NY, NJ, and New England, but we may also work with families in surrounding areas. We are a member of the NYC's Mayor's Alliance for Animals. Boxer Angels Rescue would be honored if you chose us as your iGive.com cause. All donation money is used to feed our foster dogs and get them healthcare.
