Custer County Family Health and Education Council (CCFHEC) located in rural Westcliffe,Co.,seeks to serve all families and children of Custer County. Due to the isolation of the region, many children are considered at-risk. We work to provide services that minimize the risk. Early chilhood education is the primary focus with provided day care, home visits, family nights, preschool and after school classes. Age group is 2-11. Thank you for your support of our much needed programs.
