Rosemere Neighborhood Mission: 1) To work together to create an atmosphere of peace, pride and security. 2) To encourage participation of all residents and to prohibit discrimination based on the following: race, religion, color, gender, national origin, marital status, familial status, income level, age, sexual orientation, disability, political ideology, ethnicity, gender identification, ability to speak English and literacy. 3) Restore the vitality and life’s spirit in the neighborhood by promoting effective and positive growth. 4) Create an active partnership with social service agencies that serve target populations in the Rosemere neighborhood. 5) Reach out to our neighboring communities to generate and exchange ideas. 6) Maintain active communication with Vancouver City officials. 7) Highlight the historical importance of Rosemere. 8) Promote and encourage environmental awareness and preservation in Rosemere.
