LOS of IA Ferret Shelter is a no-kill, non-profit (currently working for 501(c)-3) ferret shelter in Council Bluffs, IA. We take in any ferret, any age, any health, etc. All ferrets not adopted out become our own. In addition to ferret rescue and adoption, our shelter/club dedicates time to public education regarding proper ferret care and housing. We pride ourselves on finding quality homes for the ferrets in our care and properly educating new owners on the responsibilities of being owned by these wonderful creatures.
