If a CEO is earning $50 or 60 million dollars per year managing a company manufacturing conventional products why make quick changes? After all, the CEO and his loved ones and friends are living the good life. The relatively few lucky stock holders are happy. A person who is earning $50 or 60 million dollars per year will do anything in his or her power to preserve the status quo.

As stated on the X-files "the Truth is Out There." Generally, this is the true reason the " wilder imaginings of some nanotech fans are likely to stay in the realm of science fiction for a long time and maybe forever."

Society will need to be challenged to move progressively forward. Brilliant people will have to put their heads together to devise new business models and solutions to problems.http://www.foresight.org

Think about this: Many of the new materials created by nantechnology may be virtually indestructable or extremely long lasting and enduring. The use of indestructable materials will naturally decrease sales revenues. What will be the motivation for a company to produce products that will not break down so that consumers will not have to buy another product?

A special report by Peter Jennings aired on ABC News demonstrated how drug companies can change one molecule in a drug compound which allows the drug company to up the price of the new drug to around $95.00. The original drug compound is just as effective and cost less then $10.00.

Professional lobbyist on Capital Hill facilitate the ability of drug companies to engage in such practices.

I believe my political activism pertaining to Wonderful Life Foundation ( An Idea for the New Millennium ) has done more good than all the wining and dining done by professional lobbyist in the past Quarter of a century.

An entire system of Campaign contributions based on capital donated to politicians by an alliance of constuction companies, mortgage brokage firms located in various communities nation wide is a feeble foundation our society is standing upon. I bet this is why there is so many postings by the military on Nanodot.org in the past several days. Perhaps Senator John McCain should dig into this one?

When one thinks about small stuff, often what comes to mind is slippery shifting sand quickly changed by the ocean tide. The downfall of many gigantic corporations in the United States (due to fraudulent accounting practices) demonstrates what happens when one builds a foundation on slippery shifting sand.

If we sincerely act based on love and concern for ones neighbor, while trying to improve the human condition, than we as a society, will build a house on a solid foundation. The idea for a New Not for Profit Foundation described below may be an excellent way to raise venture capital and build a house on a solid foundation:

Leading Scientist are expecting rapid technological progress in the next 10 - 20 years. In the future, education of the general public about new scientific advancements will be a more critical need for society.

I have an idea for a new Not-for-Profit Organization which I think addresses a definite need in society. My idea pertains to rapid technological progress expected by leading scientist in the next 10 - 20 years and help for dislocated displaced blue collar workers.

I am trying to start a new foundation entitled, Wonderful Life Foundation. The focus of the new Not for Profit Organization I am trying to start is scientific advancement as related to acheiving the American Dream of homeownership.

It's A Wonderful Life Foundation is interested in the application of Artificial Intelligence to helping the average working class citizen more fully participate in the fruits and rewards of the stock market. Most people cannot afford a full time financial advisor.

Artificial Intelligence may eventually be capable of amassing huge amounts of financial information quickly, apply sound rules and laws of investing, and help average people make sound investment decisions.

Artificial Intelligence may eliminate risk of financial loss in the stock market. Small investors have always bolstered the stock market in difficult times.

The focus of my idea for a new foundation is to help responsible citizens in the United States to get out of debt and stay out of debt by providing 30 year fixed rate mortgages with an extremely low interest rate of 3%.

Low interest fixed rate 30 year mortgages will be provided to families regardless of income. It will not be neccessary to be poor to qualify.

When families in the United States become solvent, at that point, they will be prepared to help the poorest of the poor, be of greater service, and be more able to participate in other philantropy and charible efforts. The current system is aimed at maintaining medocrity for all but a few elite.
