Cause Description:
DDS is a non-profit organization that provides quality programs and services to Deaf, deafened and hard of hearing individuals and their families in the Durham Region. We provide a literacy program, ASL/English interpreting services, advocacy and support services, information and referral services, a children's sign language program, an adult's sign language program in partnership with the local community college, a Family Communication program, a recreation program for Deaf children and their families, a resource centre, a social club and various workshops throughout the year.
