The Environmental Volunteers believes all children deserve to learn about the natural world through personal exploration, so they can become responsible stewards of the earth. It is the philosophy of the Environmental Volunteers that what children come to know and understand, they are more likely to appreciate and love. And what they love, they will protect. We strive to promote understanding of, and responsibility for, the environment through hands-on science education. We do this by encouraging awareness of the interrelationships between people and nature while providing hands-on science education.
